Ricky Pallay is the Programs Director of the F5 Project, where he is responsible for managing diverse recovery and reentry programs across the state of North Dakota. Ricky received his BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and has a career that spans across banking, electronics sales, and senior level management in hospitality. As with so many lives he touches now, he too had a personal fight with compulsive gambling, but through his faith, persistence to live a better life, and the prayerful support of his wife and loved ones, he found his way to recovery in 2018 and has been active in his recovery ever since.
In his spare time, Ricky enjoys DJing, where he travels across the US and streams show on several social media outlets. He married the love of his life Jelsa in 2016, who is not a fan of his love for gas station hot-dogs.
